To the home of Somerset Gryphons Hockey Club, formed in 2004 by the merger of Yatton and Clevedon Hockey Clubs.

We run 2 Ladies and 3 Mens teams, offering hockey to adults of all abilities. Training on a Wednesday night at Clevedon School . Club training runs for Men + Ladies 6.30 - 8.00pm and starts on 09/09/09

We also have a mixed team playing on various sundays throughout the season. As well as going on tour.

We are also continuing to promote the game of hockey by encouraging young players to take up sport with qualified coaches for junior players from the Yatton, Clevedon, Nailsea and Portishead areas.

Junior training is also on a Wednesday at Clevedon School 6.00 - 6.45pm, £1 per session. Coached by our club chairman Matt Holden and helpers. We are a Childsafe Club and as such offer a safe environment for juniors to learn skills and have fun training as well as in games and tournaments. This year we also have a badgers team in the Bristol League offering an opportunity for junior boys to play 'friendly league hockey'
